Session Overview
Trapped emotions are the most common cause for chronic physical pain,
weight gain, self-sabotage, emotional eating, anger, mood swings, low self-esteem, chronic fatigue,
post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, panic attacks and heart wall to name a few.
The heart wall is a subtle energetic barrier around the heart that comprises of
trapped emotions. It is created through the subconscious minds’ desire to protect you from further
suffering after being emotionally hurt or having been through divorce or separation. Releasing the
heart wall, enables you to feel love, happiness, and connect with people easily.
The Emotion Code can be used for anyone including your pets.
Negative trapped emotions exist as a sphere of energy
trapped within the body. As the emotions are identified, you may recall past events related to the emotion. Releasing these emotions make feel like a burden has been lifted off creating a sense of lightness within.
Once the emotions are released, they are gone for good.
It can take a few days for your energy body to process the work in the physical body completely.
Once the emotions are released some people may feel nothing at all, while others may experience
crying, fatigue, and need for more rest. Usually these ‘processing symptoms’ last between 1 to 4 days
as the energy field clears and readjusts itself. Generally once trapped emotions are released, people tend to feel lighter, happier and healthier!

These trapped emotions can cause a variety of physical and emotional dis-ease, as well as affect your relationships, career, and success. They can block you from feeling love and happiness and make you feel disconnected or lonely.
Session Overview
Your subconscious has all the information about you and why you experience specific conditions or deal with specific situations the way you do. Using muscle testing, the answers to underlying causes for dis-ease are determined and then released. One or more sessions may be required to release the layers that lead to the ‘root cause’ causing discomfort. The sessions are equally effective whether performed in person or through a distance.
An email report is sent to you after your session with me, mentioning details about the emotions cleared along with post care recommendations.
