PERMISSION
We do not work without seeking permission from the client. In case a client is unable to communicate due to medical reasons, permission would be sought from their family member.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
We are constantly improving our services to provide you the best therapy. Although we make every effort to keep our website and Therapy menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
If you’re looking to change your preferred service for any reason, we’re here to help. Any credit balance amount can be utilized towards another order for you or your family member. However, we would not provide any refund for services. Please review your order before purchase.
PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS POLICY
Therapy purchased as a package are valid for a period of three (3) MONTHS from the original date of purchase. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of the expiry dates. Packages cannot be used beyond the expiry date.
In case of rescheduled or cancelled appointments, you must inform us by email at deepti@goldenhealer.me with 24 hours’ notice so that we are able to accommodate another client. You may utilize your purchase towards another appointment, but no refund would be received. In case of repeated cancellations, you may be denied services by us.
A Confidentiality & Consent is obtained via email from clients before the start of the first therapy session or consultation.
